Include choice of 2 meats (1/2 pound of meat – per person/per serving), 8 quarts of homemade sides (choice of 2 sides – 4 quarts each), and 1 dinner roll per person with butter.

All meat is smoked to perfection! Party Packs are packaged in foil lined aluminum pans, delivered hot and ready for service. Please note that Catering Packs may require 24 hours notice.
